Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that a product you have purchased from the hillsofdevon.co.uk website is found to be differing from its description, or it is faulty, we will either refund the item or arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you.

If your item appears to be damaged upon arrival please sign for the item as being damaged.

Should you purchase an item by mistake, or no longer require the item(s), it may be returned, at your own cost, within 14 days providing all the item(s) are in new and unused condition and contained in original un-opened packaging. However, please note there would be a £10.00 per roll handling charge.

If you prefer, we can arrange for the item(s) to be collected by our courier. Please either telephone or email for a price. Should our courier be unable to collect goods due to no-one being available at the collection address on the pre-arranged day of collection full charges will be made and a new collection arranged.

This statement does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
